Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total stay will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the total stay + one-way transfer will be charged.
- Very early arrivals or departures: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
- Bookings canceled within 7 days before arrival: Considered a no-show and charged 100% of the total stay.
Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to modify your travel dates or adjust your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and any additional fees imposed by service providers.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Last-minute bookings
- No-show cases
- Customized or personalized itineraries
- Visa & travel insurance fees
- Government-imposed travel restrictions or force majeure events
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.
